The book offers clear, easy-to-understanding explanations of Buddhist philosophy and addresses basic questions such as: "Is the Buddha a divine being?" "Are all Buddhists vegetarian?" "Can one attain enlightenment in one's current life?" and "Who is the Dalai Lama?" And there is more.Author Jeff Ourvan, a Buddhist practitioner himself, articulates Buddhism's message of hope and promise of change.
