Walker presents a tremendous amount of material in a highly readable manner. Nice book with great illustrations. After all of my hormone fueled rants against the over-medicalization of birth and my clarity about the right way and environment to give birth in, I gave birth to my son flat on my back, under the harsh glare of fluorescent lights, in a hospital, with the assistance of forceps, surrounded by strangers and completely numb from the waist down. I actually started and stayed at Cycle 3 because most of the food I was eating are on the low and medium sugar impact lists. This is a fantastic collection of short works by one of the finest writers in history. Save this one until you are a bit more acquainted with his art.. it took me a moment to sink into this book, but after i did, i found this to possess some information I had not known in plain languageAlthough sometimes the author wrote vague, but applications can be understood and applied.. The authors mention many other books that relate to their particular points so that in effect, readers could feasibly have much homework to do in this particular course of study.Logically laid out and described, the text is not light reading. That last discussion probably wouldn't convince the skeptical, if you were thinking to use this book to sell your organization on using source control, but again that's not this book's audien
