There is also a running thread of BDSM in this story, which I'm kind of skittish about in general, but felt that in this story it worked really well and was nicely written.The characters in this story are all very unique and vividly strange, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the reader must trudge through references to countless research studies that would only interest a graduate student, as these studies have no bearing on the content of the text, and only serve to "prove" the authors point. This book contains very interesting facts and accounts on the history of medicine. Technology can be a false god that promises much but leaves us empty. This is pretty much what I was looking for. Any characteristic of writing can be placed under one of these traits. The Celts is a treasure trove of fascinating information. You might not agree with what the authors have to say but word of mouth should move this title along very nicely with whispers of what has become a large part of popular culture.. I'll certainly get back to this chapter if I ever write Subversion-enabled programs, and the coverage seems both instructive and extensive.Appendix A includes a Subversion command reference guide, which I'll likely refer to often, and Appendix B maps Subversion's commands to the commands of some other leading version control tools.I did have some quibbles with this book, probably because of my lightne
