I am 29 weeks pregnant and absolutely loved reading the birth stories in this book. The only drawback for them is that there are not that many images of the food, and they are image based.It's a great recipe book, easy to follow, and perfect for weight watchers or just about anyone looking for some new recipe ideas that are healthier and delicious. I just wish I'd been able to ride it or even hike it when the right of way was in better shape.. He’s clearly intelligent, honorable, and not at all abusive. Their trip to Mexico and finding little "Dorito" was the highlight of this particular book. Famished for other people’s approval, she starved herself. I think this is really important to know when considering a home birth because depending on the source, 15-25% of home births will end up in the hospital.All of that being said, I'm giving the book two stars for having a lot of useful and well presented information, and as for the three stars I subtracted, well you've probably already gathered my reasons for that.So, whatever approach to childbirth preparation you choose and however your birth experience ends
